Candle tops are cracking.
Your pouring your Soy Wax too hot or your Soy Candle cooled too quick. We recommend pouring at no higher than
125 deg F.

Used too much fragrance oil. We recommend 1.5 oz. wt. per one pound of Soy Wax.
Rough tops after your Soy Candle sets.
Poured at too high a temperature. We recommend pouring at no higher than 125 deg. F.
Frosting. (white flakes).
Frosting is a characteristic of Soy Wax. To reduce frosting, pour at the lowest temperature possible.
Keep Soy Candles out of the cold. Soy Candles are very temperamental to temperature change and cold.
Miscellaneous.
If you have a little frosting, we recommend that you leave it alone. Some people recommend using a heat gun
to fix the problem, but a heat gun sometimes makes it worse. Most people don't mind a little imperfection in
all-natural Soy Candles.
